-Flights are not included and should be purchased on your own to airport CUN (if purchased outside of Vacation With James please give us flight information 30 days prior to trip)

-Travel Insurance is not included, but highly recommended as we are traveling during hurricane season.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to vacationwithjames@gmail.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days, please call (689) 287-2292 to ensure your information was received. Please note that a cancellation does not always result in a refund. If you cancel your booking without insurance, after final payment/due date you will forfeit all monies paid. If you cancel your arrangements prior to your final payment/due date with or without insurance, your right to a partial refund may be limited.

If special units are required such as an ADA unit or wheelchair service please let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate.
