​-Flights are not included and should be purchased on your own to Tampa Airport and Harrry Reid for Las Vegas (Flights can be purchased separately).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to vacationwithjames@gmail.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days, please call (689) 287-2292 to ensure your information was received. Please note that a cancellation does not always result in a refund. If you cancel your booking without insurance, after final payment/due date you will forfeit all monies paid. If you cancel your arrangements prior to your final payment/due date with or without insurance, your right to a partial refund may be limited.
If special units are required such as an ADA unit or wheelchair service please let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate

Each Villa comes with 3 bedrooms. You will be assigned to one of these bedrooms. This means you will be sharing the entire villa with up to five additional guests. If you are in a relationship or have a friend you want to share a bed with you can let me know at the time of booking the person you want assigned to your room.
